Last Tuesday, February 21, Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of whistleblowers on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, was published in the BOE.

Thus transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, better known as the Whistleblowing Directive.




    When referring to an Ethics or Complaints Channel, we are naming an internal or external communication channel that organizations make available to all their interested parties, with which they can transfer any irregular or criminal behavior. A means that allows you to communicate confidentially and with a simple form, potentially irregular activities and behaviors that may imply a breach or a possible commission of a criminal offence.
